Lid Worden In Amsterdam
Lid Worden In Amsterdam is an initiative of the Amsterdamse Kamer van Verenigingen (AKvV). The AKvV collaborates with various companies and organisations to bring you this website. We greatly value our partners.
The AKvV represents 25 student associations in Amsterdam and connects, promotes and lobbies for around 10 000 students indirectly. Our 25 associations are incredibly diverse: there are traditional Dutch student associations, sporting associations and more substantive associations.
Every year we distribute our student associations magazine with approximately 10 000 copies to all the incoming students of the University of Amsterdam (UvA), Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU) and the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences (AUAS/HvA). Moreover, the AKvV has multiple social media channels and two different websites: www.akvv.nl and www.lidwordeninamsterdam.nl.
